Chelsea preparing £80m bid for Caicedo

Chelsea are preparing a new £80million offer for Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo. The Ecuadorian is one of several midfielders being linked with a move away this summer and could now be set to join the Blues, who had a £60m offer for him rejected by the Seagulls two weeks ago. Caicedo has been linked with a move away from the club for some time, and it appears they will hold out for an improved bid from Mauricio Pochettino's side. And there's no doubt Chelsea will be able to make a higher offer, with Kalidou Koulibaly, Hakim Ziyech and Edouard Mendy set to depart the club this summer for a combined £107m.

Chelsea eye Chiesa move

Chelsea have reportedly joined Liverpool in the race for Juventus winger Federico Chiesa. The Italian has just two years left to run on his contract in Turin after dealing with a host of injury issues. According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Klopp is a huge fan of Chiesa. However, they face competition for his services from the likes of Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain.

Arsenal to submit £100m for Rice

Arsenal are set to table a £100 million ($127m) bid for West Ham captain Declan Rice amid rival interest from Manchester City. The Daily Mail reports that West Ham are expecting a new bid from Arsenal for their captain, after a recent offer worth £90m ($114.4m) was rejected. The Gunners know that they must get closer to the Irons' valuation amid the rival interest from the Premier League champions.

Romeo Lavia agrees to join Arsenal

More good news for Arsenal fans. With Mikel Arteta pushing to sign Declan Rice, it seems the Gunners could soon welcome another midfield addition. According to Football Insider, Southampton midfielder Romeo Lavia has agreed to move to the Emirates Stadium. They claim Arsenal are now in pole position ahead of Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United.
